if you haven’t learned by now i get SUPER pumped about food.  i just love food! and i love coming up with new healthy recipes and spins on classics!

for my Taylored clients, they get custom meal plans every week, so that means sista has gotta stay CREATIVE and come up with yummy macro-friendly recipes.  which is one of my favorite parts of my job!!

this one is a recent easy-peasy to prep lunch for clients who LOVE avocados, so now I shall bring it to YOU!

not only is it protein packed, which is super necessary to keep you full especially at lunch, but it’s got good FAT – the beloved avocado! win!

so i bring youuuuuuuu

Chicken Avocado Salad Sandwich

Chicken-Avocado Salad Sandwich

whatcha need:
shredded cooked chicken (4 oz i use)
1/4 cup organic greek yogurt (plain)
1/2 of an avocado
bread!

step 1: make sure your chicken is shredded/diced then toss in a bowl.

step 2: scoop out 1/4 cup greek yogurt, toss in with chicken

step 3: cut avocado in half and slice and dice the inside of 1/2 and toss in with chicken mix

step 4: mix mix mix

then spread over bread!  i like to toast my bread for added crunch!

and when i made this for lunch,  i was actually headed out the door so these guys fit PERFECTLY in my 6-pack-bag tupperware! how cute right?!
