this one is a recent easy-peasy to prep lunch for clients who LOVE avocados, so now I shall bring it to YOU!
not only is it protein packed, which is super necessary to keep you full especially at lunch, but it’s got good FAT – the beloved avocado! win!
so i bring youuuuuuuu
Chicken Avocado Salad Sandwich
shredded cooked chicken (4 oz i use)
1/4 cup organic greek yogurt (plain)
1/2 of an avocado
step 1: make sure your chicken is shredded/diced then toss in a bowl.
step 2: scoop out 1/4 cup greek yogurt, toss in with chicken
step 3: cut avocado in half and slice and dice the inside of 1/2 and toss in with chicken mix
step 4: mix mix mix
and when i made this for lunch, i was actually headed out the door so these guys fit PERFECTLY in my 6-pack-bag tupperware! how cute right?!
