and i’m back at it!
with no 9-5 office job anymore and all my time focused on fitness and health, including this blog, I PROMISE I will now able to get back into bringing you some tasty recipes and inspiration on a regular basis!
to kick-off my back to blogging.. i bring you FUDGE! yep, protein packed, clean FUDGE! and it’s SO damn easy.
Extra Virgin, Unrefined Coconut Oil
Unflavored, plain Almond Milk
Vanilla Slap Nutrition Protein Powder ( you can purchase here – and use code TAYLOR for 10% off!)
put 3 scoops of Slap protein powder into large mixing bowl
add 4 tbsp coconut flour
pour 1/2 cup almond milk into bowl
toss in as many sprinkles as your heart desires!
pour in 3 tbsp coconut oil
mix mix mix then use spatula or wooden spoon to spread fudge on a saran wrapped baking dish. I use sarah wrap so it doesn’t stick to the pan itself and easy clean up!
add more pretty sprinkles, stick in fridge for at least 1 hour.
