so to start off your Monday and week on yummy note, i bring you…..
CHOCOLATE SLAPtastic WAFFLES!
i’m not gonna lie, i eat this before bed a lot also as of lately, morning and night some days. i literally cannot get enough of them!
finally i’ll stop talking, because it’s recipe time!
here’s whatcha need:
1 scoop Chocolate Slap protein powder (use code TAYLOR for 10% off)
1/2 cup oatmeal
2 tbsp egg whites
6 tbsp water
2 tbsp cacao nibs
drizzle of organic chocolate syrup (can be found at Whole Foods)
2 tbsp cacao powder
step 1: in a blender, combine protein powder and oats and blend until flour consistency, this is super important, or your raw oats will make your waffle consistency weirrddddd
step 2: add in egg whites, water and 1 tbsp of the cacao powder
step 3: cook in waffle iron until cooked through
step 4: top with rest of cacao powder, cacao nibs and chocolate syrup!
step 5: INHALE! i mean… savor every single bite and don’t eat like a scavenger 5 year old child..
