slappy birthday

slappy birthday

if you’re not on the slap train already, then i can guarantee by the end of this post, you’ll be slapping right along!

i have the most badass sponsor. they are constantly coming out with new flavors and products. & guess what?!

YOU CAN READ THE INGREDIENTS.

and pronounce them.

every single one of them.

win.

i like to know what’s goin’ in my body, espeically when it comes to supplements because there are so many brands out there who’s protein powders have an ingredient list of like 2039482 ingredients, 3/4 of them i literally cannot prounounce.

oh and guess what #2?! their products are GLUTEN AND LACTOSE FREE.

and no added sugars.

just straight up protein isolate, yo.

because gains.

bro.

fyi: this is not a “sponsored” post, i really truly LOVE slap and want to spread the slaptastic love.  if i stand behind a product, any product, it’s because i truly believe in it and WANT to share the product so others can enjoy it too!

SO lawd KNOWS when they launched their newest flavor. i was a giddy little school girl.

like already thinking and writing down all the recipes i can create with it.

when i got the email i had a package on it’s way from slap, i went in full baking-prep mode. anxiously waiting.

the flavor that made me feel like it was christmas eve?!
