i mean who doesn’t love a good recipe for something you don’t have to bake?!

like you can just EAT IT RIGHT THEN AND THERE!!!

i mean…… stick it in the fridge, let it do it’s thang, then EAT THEM ALL!!

clearly i enjoyed these.

and they’re husband approved.

because it was my first time ever making them, and DAYUM, they’re good.

but anything with peanut butter is bound to turn out delicious.  amen?!

fudgey, moist, flavorfull, filling, your teeth sink right into them.. i mean the list can go on and on.

but then that would just me be rambling on day dreaming about eating three one more in a sitting…

soooo i bring you

PB Protein No-Bake Cookies!

No-Bake Protein Peanutbutter Cookies

whatcha need:
3 scoops Peanut Butter Protein Powder (use code TAYLOR for 10% off!)
1/2 cup Jiff Whips Peanut Butter
1 cup oat flour (ground oatmeal)
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup walden farms syrup

step 1: add your 3 scoops protein powder in a bowl with the 1 cup oat flour

step 2: in a seperate, microwave-safe, bowl plop in your 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup syrup and microwave aboutttt 35 seconds, or until “whippy” and melted looking.

step 3: take your PB (try not to dip your finger in it and “try” some) and dump it right into your bowl of protein & oats. then mix!!

step 4: slowly pour in the almond milk, because you don’t want too much and can slowly add it to consistency. but mine was right at 1/4 cup so you should be good!

step 5: then mix mix mix until it’s clearly a thick cookie-dough texture!

step 6: eat a bite of it, just to make sure it’s not poisonous…

step 7: scoop them out, roll them in a ball then smoosh them down a little on a plate that has parchment paper over it.  you can either leave them in ball form, flatten them or make them like those classic PB cookies your grandma makes by taking a fork and pushing down on it to make creases!! all cutesie like!

they’re totally edible right then and there, but a little soft because of the warm PB mixture.  so go ahead and eat one, then pop the rest in the fridge for about 30  minutes thennnn the texture is JUUUUUST PERFECTION! fudgey, moist, peanutbuttery and protein packed! WINning.
