maple-tahini dressing

i mean like, discovering a dressing that will top all other dressings?
it’s savory + sweet.
vegan, gluten-free and jam-packed with flavaaaa!
win all around peeps. win all around.
you can pour it over salads.
add it into a soup.
use it as a dip.
sprinkle over veggies.
the possibilities are endless!
and it’s only THREE ingredients.
plus water, but that shouldn’t count.
so here we have it:
Maple-Tahini Dressing
whatcha need:
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp h2O
guys. this is a super hard recipe to put together. do you think you can handle it?! are you up for the challenge?!
i kid i kid. it’s really easy. do you think i’d throw a difficult recipe at you!? i don’t even do difficult recipes myself!
step 1: get a bowl. scoop in your tahini, pour in your maple syrup and add in that lemon juice.
boom.
step 2: get a whisk and start whisking up until it thickens a little.
then you add in your h2o to thin that all out!
step 3: whisk whisk whisk until nice and thin, add more water if need be.
pour into a air-tight glass container, i used an old lemon juice bottle.
yes, i’m a glass jar hoarder. i swear my husband slowly throws them away one by one so i don’t notice. oh i notice..!
