One Bowl Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies in a Jar
yep! these cookies are made in ONE bowl, so you can virtually give this to anyone who loves baked goodies yet doesn’t know their way around the kitchen!
we can call them Cookies for Beginners.
or just darn good gluten free cookies!
either way!
let’s get to business so YOU can create a pretty, chocolate filled, jar for whomever is left on your list!!
whatcha need:
1 cup Almond Flour
1/4 cup Coconut Flour
1/4 cup Coconut Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 cup Carob Chips (or Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips)
then on the recipe card you’ll give them with the jar make sure to include the wet ingredients they’ll have to add OR simply print off the little recipe card I created for you below!
wet ingredients:
4 tbsp Grass Fed Butter (or coconut oil), melted
1/8 cup Water
Step 1: find a mason jar that you have saved in one of your cabinets because you knew you’d use it one day for something..
Step 2: Pour 1/2 a cup of your 1 cup Almond Flour at the bottom
then your coconut flour
followed by the coconut sugar
baking soda and sea salt
then take the other 1/2 cup of your almond flour to top it off with. separating it helps create a more layered look.
then lastly your chocolate chips!
put your lid on, wrap up with a ribbon you have laying around from last year’s must-save-all-the-ribbon-that-wasnt-used stash.
print off this little recipe card i created below, or simply write the recipe in the christmas card you’ll give with the jar:
and you know what would make it even a better gift?!
print off a copy of my Macro-Friendly Baking EBOOK and give that with the jar! DOUBLE win!!
and they’ll appreciate the though and love that went into it ALL!
because who doesn’t love a recipe already prepped for them PLUS some more to enjoy after the Holidays are over!
