and i BET, as per usual, you have all the ingredients. so how about you whip up some this weekend?! and if you accidentally eat every single one, at least you know you’re getting lots of protein, nutrient dense carbs and good fats!
but try to stick to 2-3. i mean, i won’t judge you either way. because well, they’re dayummm good!
1 scoop Vanilla Slap Protein Powder (www.weslap.com use code TAYLOR for 10% off)
1/4 cup egg whites
1/4 cup all natural applesauce
2 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp melted coconut oil
2tbsp waldens sugar free syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup cacao nibs or chocolate chips
2 tbsp Greek yogurt
1 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 scoop Vanilla Slap Protein powder
2 tbsp melted Sweet Spreads (I used Chocolate but ANY of their favors would be delicious!)
Step 1: Pre-Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put cupcake liners into a cupcake pan.
Step 2: Combine all powdered cupcake ingredients (protein, flour, chocolate chips & baking soda) then add in wet ingredients.
Step 3: Pour mixture into cupcake liners and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 4: While cupcakes are baking, mix icing ingredients together with a hand blender until whipped and fluffy.
Step 5: Pull out cupcakes, top with icing and ENJOY, guilt-free of course!
