Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Protein Balls

i mean…. the title alone gets my mouth watering, are you with me?!

you all know how much i love my combinations of chocolate + peppermint, like the recent recipes I shared such as my Girl Scout Thin-Mints and the Peppermint Gluten-Free Brownies!

but i know i’m not alone when it comes to the beloved chocolate + peanut butter combo, which tons of you enjoyed the last recipe for that, Gluten Free Peanut Butter Fudge Brownies.

sooooo let’s keep the ball rolling on the Chocolate and PB combo, shall we?!

and this one ya’ll… you can seriously whip up TODAY, because i can pretty  much guarantee you have all the ingredients or variations of them!

and the joy with these guys, is you can keep them in the fridge or freezer and just grab them on the go to hold your appetite over for a few…

because they’re JAM packed with protein and healthy fats!

this is short and sweet, so let’s get to the point!

Chocolate Peanut Butter No-Bake Protein Balls

Gluten-Free Chocolate Peanut Butter no-bake Protein Balls

whatcha need:

2 Scoops Peanut Butter Slap Nutrition Protein Powder (use code TAYLOR for 10% off)
1/2 cup Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Sugar-free Syrup (or honey or regular syrup), such as Waldens Syrup
58g. Carob Chips (or chocolate chips)

are you ready for how EASY these are to make?!

like game-changer.

ok ok.. i won’t keep you waiting!

Step 1: In a bowl, toss in your PB Slap Protein Powder, the 1/2 cup peanut butter and your syrup.  stir stir stir until a thick consistency forms.

Step 2: rip off a sheet of parchment paper and lay it over a plate or a cookie sheet then grab a chunk of the dough with your hands and roll it into a ball, creating 11 balls total.

lay them on the parchment paper then stick in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, enough to harden up.

Step 3: melt your carob chips, either in the microwave – heat for 30 seconds, then stir, then heat for 30…. or in a double broiler: pouring about 1 inch of water into a pot, then laying a glass bowl in it and then putting your chips in there and stirring until melted.

Step 4: take out your PB balls, then with a spoon or fork drop each ball, one at a time, into the melted chocolate, roll around then lay back on the parchment paper. stick in refrigerator for about 20 minutes until the chocolate hardens..

then dig in!!!
