when it comes to anything nut-butter, chocolate and coconut that’s still diet and waist-line friendly is a WIN in my book!

who doesn’t love the combination of that smooth creamy texture of almond butter paired with the sweetness of white chocolate with a hint of coconut?!

so when Laurel’s Butter asked if i would enjoy incorporating their “I’m Coco-Nutty For You” almond butter into a recipe.. i knew exactly what was to come!

deliciousness in BROWNIE form… which is never to fail in anyone’s book, right?!

because one of my go-to’s for whipping up a sweet tooth curbing ‘IIFYM’ friendly recipe is usually a brownie of some type.

and always including a nut butter.. because duh..

alone, the “I’m Coco-Nutty For You” butter is smooth, creamy and easy to have 2 spoon-fulls too many in one sitting, whoops! but check out these ingredients, right?!

let’s get to BUSINESS!

Laurel’s Butter: Chocolate Coconut Almond Butter Brownies

Chocolate Coconut Almond Butter Brownies

whatcha need:

1 cup Gluten Free Flour
1/2 cup Laurel’s Butter “I’m Coco-Nutty For You” 
1 cup Coconut Sugar
1/4 cup Organic Light Brown Sugar
4 tbsp Organic Unsalted Butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 cup Cacao Chips

Preheat oven to 350

Step 1: In a bowl combine your softened butter and Coco-Nutty almond butter and mix with a hand mixer until nice and frothy.

Step 2: In your Nut Butter bowl, add in your coconut sugar, brown sugar and both of your eggs and continue to mix with mixer.

Step 3: Slowly sift in your flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla extract.  Combine until nice and creamy!

Step 4: Toss in those chocolate chips, then spray a 8×8 dish with coconut flour spray and pour your batter right on in.

Stick in the oven for 25 minutes, then DIG IN! I mean.. allow to cool then savor each chocolate-coconuty-creamy bite!
