apple cider vinegar, oh you versatile liquid you..
and then we have ginger. one of my daily go-to spices i add to all my teas, waters and any type of food i can sprinkle it into. it helps aid digestion and keeps everything movin’!
put them together.. and you have a drink from the cleanse-gods.
oh? that mixture sounds familiar? that’s because Bragg’s makes a batch of it for you to buy at the store – and i LOVE it!
but you know what i don’t love? the $3.50+ price tag on a single drink that i down like i’m a darn camel.
so you know what that means…. i was on a mission to whip up my OWN batch, for over a third of the price. discount-diva over here!
i mean who doesn’t have ginger in their spice cabinet? and a glass jar you bought weeks ago of bragg’s apple cider vinegar swearing you were going to start taking a shot each morning and haven’t yet… ehemmmmm…??
and you have h20 and a glass.
so let’s whip us up a $.10 glass of Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar, Ginger Spice!
1/4 cup bragg’s apple cider vinegar (any brand will work)
1 tbsp organic ground ginger
guys… this recipe is so hard. like five million steps. are you prepared??
i kid i kid!
step 1: whip out a mason jar, because well, mason jars are fun to drink out of! pour in that 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
followed by 1 tbsp of organic ground ginger
it dissolves, i promise…
then top it off with filtered water!
plop a straw in it (because straws make it just as fun as drinking out of a mason jar feeling!) and begin to detoxify that body and help aid that meal you just inhaled!
or chug a big glass when you wake up in the morning to help rid of any toxins that has been chillin’ in you over night and jumpstart a day followed by even more healthy decisions!
if you’re not ready to drink right away, pour your mixture into an airtight container, and stick in the fridge for later.
i always save my glass jars, so this one is a jar of my lemon juice – which ended up being the perfect size for the batch i made. win!
i mean…. fruit and veggies…
you could even make a gallon pitcher of it if you want – just multiply the serving size of each according to the size of the batch you want to make.
so what’s your favorite bragg’s drink?? re-create your favorite one simply by looking at the ingredients on the back and vary serving sizes to your specified taste!
