3 Ingredient CookIns

a CookIn? what the heck is a CookIn taylor?!
WELP, i originally tried to create MUFFINS out of this recipe, but they didn’t rise the way i wanted and ended up being more like COOKIES. but the batter isn’t thick enough to make cookies, so don’t attempt to just slap these babies onto a parchment paper cookie sheet and bake.
sooooooooo anywho…
Cook-Ins. Cookies-Muffins. get it? get it?
they actually turned out MUCH better than i had hoped for. nothing is worse than making muffins and they end up being all dry and too dense.
these, on the other hand, turned out super ooey-googey, insanely moist and ridiculously delicious!
yes, they deserve such descriptive words. trust me.
and guess what?! there’s only 3 INGREDIENTS! yep! 3.
and 1 of them referrs back to my post the other day about using up those sad, neglected bananas that you’re about to toss out!
so without further adueeee..
3 Ingredient Chocolate Banana CookIns
whatcha need:
2 very ripe bananas
1 cup oat flour (just plain ‘ol oatmeal blended to flour consistency)
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
**preheat oven to 350**
step 1: chop up those sad bananas and toss into a blender, and blend until super duper creamy!
step 2: toss in oat flour and blended bananas into a bowl and mix mix mix!
step 3: toss in chocolate chips and mix some more!
step 4: line a muffin pan with pink cupcake liners. yes, of course they taste better when they’re pink liners 😉 and pour in mix evenly into 12 liners
step 5: pop in oven and bake for about 12 minutes, or until bubbly.
step 6: INHALE! i mean… savor every ooey-gooey chocoaltely bite!!
