well 3, if you count h2o, but i’m pretty sure if you’re reading this blog you have access to water 24/7 and it really isn’t an “ingredient” you need to make sure you have before making a recipe..
and guess what’s amazing about these little chocolate bites of fudgey heaven?!
they have ZERO carbs. zero. none. nada. straight protein and GOOD fat. double win!
so are you ready for this?! are you emotionally prepared for these INSANELY easy fudge bites that will be a staple in your freezer from now on?!
2 Ingredient Fudge Bites
1 scoop chocolate Slap protein powder (use code TAYLOR for 10% off!)
4 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil
1/4 cup H2O (water out of your faucet)
step 1: plop your 4 tbsp of coconut oil into a microwave safe bowl and stick in microwave for about 35 seconds, or until coconut oil is clearly melted.
step 2: toss in that scoop of SLAPTASTIC protein powder (any flavor will obviously work!) into a bowl then add in coconut oil. stir stir stir.
step 3: slowly add in the 1/4 cup water to consistency. it should be thick and fudge like!
step 4: whip out your trusty parchment paper and get ready to dig in! scoop out with a spoon and roll fudge/dough into 9 balls.
*note you’ll see some that are “dry” looking and some that are wet looking. i learned half way through to sprinkle a little water on each ball right when i put it in my hand because it helped hold it together. so take my lesson and make sure to wet your hands juuuuust slightly before each roll-sesh! *
pop that plate in the freezer for about 20 minutes then enjoy!!!
