this week

i want you to begin practicing something, that i can guarantee will change your life.

within the first few minutes actually, you’ll begin to feel EXCITED about life.

and continuing with it, as with all the other “habits” i bring to you, and making it just a part of your daily thoughts will bring so much into your life that you didn’t think was possible.

the law of attraction.

everything in your life and the lives of those around you is affected by the law of attraction.  it is the basis of everything that comes into your bubble, your experience, your life.  an awareness of the law of attraction and understanding how it works is so crucial to living life on purpose.  the moment i began diving deep into books on the law of attraction, my life began to go a whole different direction. i starting seeing more ‘good’ and less ‘bad’.

you know those people who are always saying “i’ll never get my dream job” “i’ll never be able to afford that vacation” “i’m always getting sick” “oh no, it’s flu season, i’m definitely going to get it” “i know i’ll hit every red light on the way to work today because that’s just my luck”. and guess what? all of that DOES happen to them and will continue to for the rest of their life. unless they begin to realize they are ASKING for what they don’t want, thus it’s coming to them. they’re welcoming it into their bubble and just like anything, it’s going to happen.

the moment you begin to understand you will begin to recognize the exact correlation between what you have been thinking about and what is actually coming into your experience.  nothing just shows up. you attract it, all of it.

because the law of attraction is responding to the thoughts that you hold at all times, it is pretty darn true to say that you are creating your own reality. constantly. everything you experience is attracted to you because the law of attraction is responding to the thoughts that you are putting out there. whether you are remembering something from the past, noticing something in the present, or imagining something about your future, the thought that you are focused on in that exact moment has now triggered a “vibration” within you and the law of attraction is happening.

so this leads me to your “to-do” for this week. i want you to make a list of 10 things you WANT to have happen in the next 3-9 months. ANYTHING. examples:

1. plan a trip to Fiji
2. get a new job
3. squat 45 lbs heavier
4. get a new car
5. meet my future husband
6. lose 10 lbs


ANYTHING. no matter HOW “crazy” or “impossible” it may be. write it down. if you even have the TINIIESTTTTTT thought nearing “oh but this could never happen” – THAT exact thing needs to be written down. immediately.

do it.

this is going somewhere… i promise. but this list of 10 things will get us started to where we’re going.
