this week

it’s go time people!

all the steps i’ve had you do the past 2-3 weeks have brought you to THIS day.

if you’re thinking “huh?” go back to this post, then this post, then lastly this post and take action!

if you’ve already done your homework the past few weeks, then let’s get to it!

this week, will be the start of YOU putting YOUR dreams, desires and wants to action. to send them out to the universe and allow the law of attraction to begin taking place.

making moves.

creating and manifesting the life you want.

sounds super crazy, right?

but trust me, it works. if you believe in it, and truly trulyyyyy allow it all into your heart and to give it all back out.

no doubts. no “well that’s impossible” or “that literally just cannot happen”

the words “no, can’t, won’t, not” are NOT (i had to use it, ok?! ūüėČ ) in your vocabulary anymore.

from now on it’s “i will, i am, i intend to..” etc.

getting to the point, i know i know!

creating your real, life vision board.

you pulled all your dreams, desires and wants.

now it’s time to print them off out of the word document you put together and begin cutting them out. all 31 of them.

take those push pins you got with your cork board and begin displaying those desires on your board. in whatever order you want, however you want. i do recommend keeping them nice and organized and cutting them the same shape so it’s all “clean” lines, but that’s just my preference! you may tack and go however you please!

now, i want you to go find a photo of yourself, of you SMILING. a photo that catpures you at your hearts fullest content, a frozen moment of time where you can SEE your light beaming from you.

slap that photo right in the center.

we are now in full force of creating our vision board.

creating a vision board is probably one of the most valuable visualization tools available to you.  this powerful tool truly serves as your image of the FUTURE, a tangible representation of where you are going. no doubts, no second guesses, you will get there. it represents your dreams, your goals, and simply put, your ideal life.

because our minds respond strongly to visual stimulation, by representing your goals with photos and images you’ve pinned, you will actually STRENGTHEN and stimulate your emotions.. and our emotions then put out a vibrational¬†energy that activates the law of attraction.

you know that saying “a picture is worth a thousand words”? ¬†here it is.

how to use it: i want you to keep your vision board either on your nightstand next to our bed, hanging above your dresser, hanging besides your meditation area ,but somewhere where there can be calm and quiet.

every single morning, i want you to choose ONE of those visions, and visualize yourself with/at/in/whatever that “vision”, then affirming, believing and internalizaging that goal/want.

day 1: a photo of a white 2 door jeep with a soft top (hint hint to one of mine). ¬†Take a deep breath, look at it, SEE yourself in that jeep, with the wind blowing through your hair as the tops down. ¬† say “i intend to own this 2 door white jeep” “I will allow this 2 door white jeep to come into my life”. ¬†do NOT then follow up in that crazy mind of yours with “how?! that’s just impossible. there’s no way. i don’t even have extra money for a car payment. this is crazy. this won’t work” blah blah blah. you have to BELIEVE it. or else it wont’ work. seriously. give your entire heart to THAT one goal/desire/location/dream job/ whatever photo you have. give it your all.

or maybe you printed off a woman that represents a CEO of a company because you want to be a CEO or your own boss. “i WILL become a CEO”

you can even WRITE ¬†what the vision is on the photo to help even more. ¬†so if your goal is to make a 6 figure income and you printed off a photo of a private jet write on it “I AM A MILLIONAIRE”. writing on it isn’t necessary, i don’t personally, but i know some people like to see words as well with their visualizations.

each image on your board should evoke a positive emotional response from you. the mere sight of your vision board should make you happy and fuel your passion to achieve every single vision every time you look at it. that’s why placing it strategically is important. you should wake up seeing it and feel the FIRE within and then look at it before bed feeling the same emotions.

then when it comes to be bedtime, i want you to do your morning routine again. the time you spend visualizing in the evening just before bed is especially powerful.  the thoughts and images that are present in your mind during the last 45 minutes before going to sleep are the ones that will replay themselves repeatedly in your subconscious mind throughout the night, and the thoughts and images that you begin each day with will help you create a vibrational match for the future you desire.

feel, don’t¬†think your way through the exercise. ¬†our rational minds imagine our future in neat, organized steps. ¬†so again, it is SO very tempting to think “what is the logical next step in my career?” or “what kind of man would make me happy? or “what tropical destination is most affordable for my family of 3?”. ¬†to act without thinking is almost unthinkable in our culture, so powerful action can occur without any thought. ¬†just believe your visions will happen. not how, they will.

“you can create anything you want, but to do that you must follow the principles of the law. elimination all doubt and replace it with the full expectation that you will receive what you are asking for. if you are not receiving what you are asking for, it is not the law that has failed. it means that your doubt is greater than your faith.

helpful tips on how to really “feel” when you’re using your vision board each morning and night:

1. just step back and look at your vision board, and feel the inspiration it provides overall.

2. hold it in your hands if you didn’t hang it on the wall, and really internalize the future it represents. feel it.

3. see yourself living in all those forms.

4. feel yourself in the future YOU have designed

5. believe it is already yours

6. be grateful for the good that is ALREADY present in your life

7. acknowledge any goals you have achieved that day prior (when doing before bed)

take a photo of your vision board, so you have it with you on the go if you need a good energy/excitement reboost! or if you’re traveling for the weekend. ¬†you can pull it up right on your phone while you’re waiting in line to pay for your groceries. or you can save it on your laptop at work and view it while pretending to be paying attention in that all-staff meeting. ¬†don’t become obsessed with looking at it if you do save it on your phone, but use it as a pleasant glimpse into the future that awaits you.

even showing your friends your vision board and explain what it means to you. by saying it out loud, you further reinforce the vibration of your thoughts and by having your friends support of what you want in your future will also help keep you feeling sort of accountable! and maybe inspire them too!

“imagination is everything. it is the preview of life’s coming attractions” -Albert Einstein

then on day 2: pick your next photo to really hone in on.  then do 1 vision per day for the next 31 days.

at the end of the 31 days, look back on your visions/goals. did any manifest? if so, write down the date on it that it did. replace it with a new vision! or even update your board entirely if your passions/desires/dreams shift in any direction from an original goal. ¬†maybe today you have a photo of a pair of nude¬†patent leather designer pumps that light your fire, but 31 days from now you’re desiring something else. ¬†because every time you look at your board it should be filling you with renewed passion every time and over time as you progress closer to your vision, you might find that some of the images don’t really carry as much emotional impact on you as they did before. ¬†when this happens, you’ll really want to get some fresh visions up there.

there’s nothing more to it. you just must allow it. that’s the key. don’t feel “lost” right now as you finish reading this and think “really? that’s it? no way taylor..”

trust me.

as some time goes by, and your dreams begin to manifest, look at those images that represent your acheievements, even the TINY ones, and feel gratitude. acknowledge that your powerful thoughts on each of those goals are working. ¬†don’t remove the images that represent goals
