happy hump day!
i always have to remind not only my clients, but myself that there are NO excuses when it comes to getting a workout in.
the other day i posted a great go-to ‘couch potato’ workout, so today here you have a ANYWHERE there’s a set of stairs, bench, anything stable HIIT workout.
not only will this keep your heart rate up and burn fat the entire way through, but also strengthen that booty and thighs!
