MOVE 1: 25 BODY SQUATS
MOVE 2: 20 REVERSE LUNGES PER LEG INTO KNEE TUCK
MOVE 3: 50 ALTERNATING SQUAT INTO KNEE TO TO OPPOSITE ELBOW
MOVE 4: 60 TOTAL ALTERNATING CROSS BODY MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
HOP IT BACK UP
AND
MOVE 5: 20 REPS PER LEG FORWARD LUNGE WITH A KICKBACK
THEN START FROM THE TOP, AND DO IT ALL AGAIN 4 MORE ROUNDS!
