COUCH POTATO WOERKOUT Wednesday!

remember my, no excuses mentality, right?

that includes when your butt never made it to the gym and you’re sitting on the couch feeling like a bum about not getting to the gym, you STILL CAN get a sweat in, t.v. commercial style!

so here it is, tonight while you’re sitting around, during each commercial break i want you to MAN-HANDLE this:

TAYLORED TABATA (like what i did there? so darn clever..)
Round 1
20 seconds BURPEES
10 second rest
20 seconds JUMPING JACKS
10 second rest

Round 2
20 seconds PUSH UPS
10 rest (i don’t need to continue repeating this right?!)
20 seconds MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
10
Round 3
20 seconds HOLD A PLANK
10
20 seconds HIGH KNEES (pick those babies up!!)
10
Round 4
20 seconds SQUAT JUMPS
10
20 seconds HOLD THAT WALL SIT!
10

repeat ALL 4 ROUNDS consecutively until your beloved t.v. show comes back on. but you’re NOT done yet, because when that commercial break pops back up, SO DO YOU!
